We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. 6. Subscriptions

Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled. You consent to recurring charges to your payment method. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. All purchases are non-refundable. We may update subscription fees and notify you as required by law.

We offer a 30-day free trial to new users. Cancellation and upgrade can be managed via your account or by contacting us.

7. Software

Any software included in our Services is provided "AS IS" and subject to the license agreements accompanying such software. You may not reproduce or redistribute software except as allowed by the relevant license.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. All disputes will be attempted to be resolved via informal negotiation for at least 30 days before arbitration or litigation. Arbitration will take place in New Delhi, India under English language and Indian law.

California residents can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs regarding unresolved complaints.

26. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. No failure to exercise or enforce any right shall operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

27. Fair Use Policy

The Service, especially any "unlimited" or high-volume offering, is intended for reasonable business use. Activities outside the scope of fair use (e.g., automated scraping, disproportionate resource use, bulk extraction) may result in account suspension or limits to preserve Service integrity.
